The Bradco Modular Designs of Public toilet buildings are available as templates in 4 basic sizes as shown.

Alternative finishes can be easily provided or accommodated such as brick or stone external cladding. Opening reveals will be trimmed with satin polished stainless steel jamb and head covers as standard.

Roof options – Roof designs include traditional dual hip or gable type in a variety of finishes.

The four basic designs can be built on site using traditional methods or constructed in house and delivered to site complete utilising modern pre-fabricated solutions.

Mini
Mini modular design has two unisex disabled persons areas for left hand and right hand transfer. There is a central service duct between the user areas. Both areas have a vandal resistant drop down baby change. The internal dimensions as standard are 4200mm x 2700mm, this can be altered to suit particular requirements.

Midi
Midi modular design has separate Ladies, Gents and Disabled persons cubicle with a service corridor behind the cubicles. The Gents cubicle has a slab urinal, there is a baby change in all user areas and a larger than standard cubicle in the Ladies user area. The internal structure of the module is 6450mm x 3250mm, the can be altered according to site requirements.
